A $20 non-refundable deposit (lashes) or $50 non-refundable deposit (lips) is required for all new clients and full sets/annual lip touch-ups and must be paid at the time of booking. Failure to pay deposit within 24 hours results in a forfeit of your appointment date & time. All deposits are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or no-show, however you are able to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appt. Your deposit can be transferred over to the newly scheduled date & time.

If you’re feeling unwell and/or experiencing any COVID/flu-like symptoms, we urge you to please reschedule your appointment immediately.

You are eligible to reschedule your appointment once. More than one reschedule will result in your deposit to be forfeited and will require another $20 or $50 deposit (lashes or lips, respectively) in order to move your appointment a second time.

Client no-show’s will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service in order to book again.

Please pre-book your lash full sets and refills, or lip blush touch-up appointments to avoid disappointment.

Any squeeze-ins or after hours appointments are possible with respect to availability. Lash appointments are subject to an additional $30 for full sets and $20 for refills. Lip blush appointments are subject to an additional $40 for any lip appointment (initial session or touch-up). No exceptions. Please reach out to us if you would like to book a squeeze-in or after hours appointment through Instagram direct, Email or phone (text only). We will try our best to accommodate your request.

We do not book same-day appointments.

Please schedule your day accordingly so that you arrive in a timely manner and are prepared to stay for the duration of your appointment. Please send a text upon arrival and we will let you know when we are ready to service you.

Arriving 15 minutes past your scheduled time results in an automatic cancellation. We book clients accordingly and squeezing in a late client can cause a discrepancy in the schedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and will require another $20 or $50 deposit (lashes or lips, respectively) in order to book again.

Lashes must have at least 40% remaining on each eye to be considered a refill. Any less than 40% remaining and/or over 3 weeks from your last appointment will be automatically considered as a full set. To maintain your set, lash fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle and after care.

Due to the uniqueness of every lash technician’s products, fanning techniques, knowledge and experience, a consultation is necessary to assess the health and growth of your natural lashes and the application of the lash extensions. If your current lash set is in good condition and qualified for a fill, a foreign fill fee of $25 will be added. If we are unable to work with the set, a removal and full set will be required.

Touch-ups is the final step of the lip blush procedure. The first touch-up is recommended to be done no sooner than 6 weeks after the initial procedure. After the healing process, the lips will be 50% lighter than they appear immediately after the procedure, thus touch-up sessions will make the results last longer. During a touch-up session, it is possible to change the shape and colour but we can only go bolder or darker, not lighter.

Clients are not required to wear a mask for the full duration of your service. If you do not have a mask and feel more comfortable wearing one, please let us know and we will be able to provide you with one.
